In the case of prepaid subscriptions, fees cannot be refunded after the start of the service, except in exceptional cases decided by the company. Refunds are only available if there is a persistent technical glitch that prevents the utilization of the service, and the support team is unable to resolve it, and any refund request is processed within up to 14 working days after approval. The customer can upgrade or downgrade the package as needed, with the price difference applied according to the company’s policies, and any changes in prepaid packages are subject to the company’s discretion according to the service consumption.
